We aim for clear pricing and fair refunds. This policy explains eligibility, process, and exceptions for services purchased through MyKagazat.
Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment if professional service work has not yet commenced. Government fees and third-party charges are non-refundable once paid to the authority or vendor.
Process
- Email hello@mykagazat.com with your order reference and reason
- Our team reviews eligibility and work status
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original method
Non-refundable cases
- Services already filed with government authorities
- Government stamp duty and statutory fees
- Digital signature certificate purchases
- Work already completed or substantially started at your request
